1. General

It is required to provide our services to you. Creating an account on our website gives access to your order history as well as features such as Wishlist’s and Shortlists. 

We try to make our website as easy and accessible as we can. However, if you experience difficulty in placing an order, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

All our blinds comply with the mandatory Australian child safety regulations. All our corded window blinds come with cord guides and warning signs along with mandatory safety instructions.

All our products are backed with our 5-years warranty. Please visit our terms & conditions for our warranty terms.

2. Samples

Yes, we do! We understand how difficult a decision it can be matching the right blinds with your existing décor. That’s why you can order free samples on all stocked shades of our blinds. We are sure that you will love the quality of our fabrics & shades.

You can order up to 6 free samples. A nominal charge of $1 will be added to your cart for each additional sample.

We understand that sometimes it can be hard to decide. Therefore we bring to you pre-selected samples to give you a headstart. Simply select what window blinds and colour you are interested in at our Free Samples page and we will hand-select samples for you. How good is that!

Different devices display colours differently due to various factors and these can vary considerably. This is why we recommend ordering free samples prior to placing your order. Please note that dye lot variation can appear between finished blinds and colour samples. The variances are minimal, but they can occur.

3. Measuring

Getting your dimensions right is the most important part of ordering custom made window blinds. We are here to assist you with the measuring process to get it right, visit our Buyer’s Guide section of the website to get detailed measuring instructions. A measuring template is also available for download to note down your dimensions easily. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

We are here to assist you through the measuring process and ensure you get it right. Review the measuring instructions on our website and contact us if you have questions. We recommend checking your measurements prior to submitting the order. Please review your cart for dimensions before proceeding to the checkout. In rare circumstances, if you have made a mistake we are happy to accept changes for up to 24 hours from your order placement. After this time, we cannot change or cancel your custom-made blinds order as it will be processed for manufacturing.

4. Order

We take orders through our website. Simply get your dimensions, select your item and add to your shopping cart. Once done, proceed to the checkout and complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received by us.

We accept payment through Visa/Mastercard/AMEX credit & debit cards as well as EFT/Bank Transfer. You can select your preferred payment option at the checkout.

We use industry standard server-based encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure security of all protected data transmitted to and from our site. We use trusted payment gateways and do not store your sensitive card information on our website. Please look for the padlock icon in the address line of your browser. This verifies that our site and your data are protected.

We encourage you to double check your order and dimensions prior to placing your order. Custom made blinds are made unique for your windows to your specifications. We allow for a 24-hour period from your order placement for any unforeseen changes prior to processing your order for manufacturing. Unfortunately, after this time we cannot make changes or cancel your order.

Our window blinds are custom made unique to your specifications, therefore are not suitable for re-sale or re-stocking. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations after 24 hours of order placement. Please check all details prior to placing your order and we shall not be liable for products that have been ordered incorrectly. Please contact us if you require assistance with measuring for your window blinds.

If your product is deemed to be faulty, it will be remade and replaced in full, in accordance with our terms & conditions.

5. Delivery

We order free delivery on all custom-made blind orders over $250 and on free samples. A nominal delivery charge of $39.95 is charged on all custom-made blind orders under $250.

You can follow the progress of your order every step of the way in the orders tab of your account page. We'll also update you regularly via email, including when your items have been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel with the courier.

The vast majority of orders are made in 7-10 working days but these times vary depending on the product. Delivery usually takes 5 -7 working days once your parcel is dispatched. 

Yes, no worries. We're happy to deliver to any address you wish. Just type in your delivery address at the checkout.

We use courier companies to fulfil our orders, so we’re unable to deliver these to a PO Box address. Free samples are sent out via Australian Post, so for sample orders, a PO Box address can be used.

Firstly, don't panic. We insure our deliveries for transit at no extra cost to you. In an unfortunate circumstance you discover that the items are damaged, get in touch with us right away. In order to make a claim we'll need to see some photos within 24 hours of you receiving your order so that we can make a claim so don't delay. We'll organise to have the damaged blinds collected at your convenience.

6. Installation

Before installation, please clear the window area and make sure that any existing blinds or curtains are taken down. It is also a good time to give your windows a good general clean before installing your new custom-made window blinds.

All our custom-made blinds and accessories come with installation instructions. We also have general installation instructions on our website under the Buyer’s Guide section. We are always here to assist you. Please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance with installation. Please note that all motorised blinds will require a licenced electrician.

It’s easy to install our window blinds, however if you are unsure it is best to seek professional help. You can contact our local experts for a professional installation. 

Otherwise try posting a task through Airtasker® and you should be able to get quotes from professional installers near you. Don’t have the time, simply select installation during your cart and we will arrange installation on your behalf through Airtasker® (metro areas only).
